  3 times you’ve switched which way I’m to go at the last minute. This is very scary and I’m not the only person this is happening too.

  Why two stars because I go here for lunch for the burger not the service. Today I ordered a drink lady rang it up wrong. Which cost me 40 cents more. I don't mind. But was curious at how her customer service is and brought it up. Instead of apologies she tells me the drink I would order would cost 1.10 after tax and the drink I ordered was 1.39 no tax so she gives me 20cents. Is she assuming I'm not good in math. Poor service. If your wrong and you made a mistake admit to it.. It's 40 cents. I don't care, work on your service!
